Wholesale Terms

Below are the terms to which you agree by having a wholesale account:

  1. Items must be available for purchase at a physical store location. Having them on your website in addition is fine, but as we are e-commerce ourselves, we do not wholesale to US-based e-commerce only resellers.
  2. Items are not to be listed on 3rd Party Sites like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
  3. Items are not to be opened and repackaged as samples for resale.
  4. Items are not to be listed at less than the retail price on stirlingsoap.com unless as part of a temporary sale or discount. Listing them at a higher price is perfectly acceptable.
  5. Minimum order quantity for any given item is two (2). Minimum order value will be no less than $200 USD.

We prefer orders to be placed via the wholesale website (www.stirlingsoap.ws) as this is the most efficient for us and for you. If you cannot place your order via the website or you have questions concerning available products, please email wholesale@stirlingsoap.com or info@stirlingsoap.com for assistance.

Once an order has been received, you will receive email confirmation to the email address on file. We will prepare your order for shipping and send you a final invoice at that time.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. In the event that processing should take longer, the buyer will be notified via email.
Initial orders will be paid through PayPal or via credit/debit card prior to shipment of goods. Established customers will be granted Net30 Terms. Net30 invoices will be due 30 days from the time of shipment via Check, Money Order, PayPal or credit/debit card. Net30 orders placed using PayPal or credit/debit card will be processed at the time of shipment unless otherwise requested. A 3% processing fee will be applied to any order paid using PayPal or credit/debit card.

Overdue Net30 accounts will be charged a 5% late fee assessed on all payments not received by the due date. Recurring overdue accounts may result in loss of Net30 terms or closure of the buyer's wholesale account.

International Wholesalers are responsible for the Customs, Duties and Taxes. If Stirling Soap Company receives a bill, we will then invoice the customer for the amount due. Payment must be made in a timely manner to maintain good standing.
